Comes the time to let you go again seems it's always been this way us closer every day
now you're travelling across the oceans
to another place and time
leaving for your future with your life
pretty much in rhyme ...
And a part of me goes with you ~
perhaps your strongest part
it's something you know you carry from
your piece of your momma's heart.
When you're exploring the new lands
you're facing, while you're
finishing the edges of who you are
remember life goes on below the surface
and if you leave your heart behind you
your feet won't carry you very far.

perhaps your wisest part ~
it's something you can't help but carry
from your piece of your momma's heart.

live every moment as fully as you can
storing up your memories as lessons
stopping often to give yourself a hand
